Gardner’s isn’t just a stop on Route 22 — it’s Stephentown’s favorite “third place.” Since 1969, families, farmers, travelers, and neighbors have gathered here for good food, good company, and a front-row view of the hay fields that raise our cattle.
A Family Legacy
For over 50 years, the Gardner family has stewarded these 430 acres. What started as a simple stand has grown into a community hub.
Every burger we serve connects back to this land. Every scoop of ice cream is enjoyed against the backdrop of the Taconic Range. We are proud but humble, ensuring that Gardner's remains a place where "the land matters, the people matter, and the community matters."
